■ 関心を持って取組んでいる活動
  • もともと長距離ランナーであり、長距離選手のパフォーマンスに関する研究を実施してきました。博士の学位は高強度運動時の酸素摂取動態に関する研究で取得しました。それに関連して、現在、長距離走のペース変化時の酸素摂取動態に関する研究を行っています。最近、運動開始時の酸素摂取動態と間欠的な運動に対する酸素摂取動態から、間欠的な持久的能力を評価できないかと考えています。
